Concierge Medicine is a private pay, fee-for-service model of care that provides timely access to a specialist who gets to know you well and works with you to individualize your care. We treat psychiatric conditions as well as medical conditions typically seen in urgent care centers or primary care offices at the location of your choice - including your own home.
Medical Care: Primary Care and as-needed Urgent Care
Precision Primary Care, high availability with a private board certified family physician who is dedicated to a smaller caseload for your ongoing medical care, plus access to on-demand house calls or urgent care services for acute needs.
Full Service Psychiatric Care for Children and Adults
Traditional psychiatric medication management as well as psychotherapy services for all ages, provided by specialized physicians. Optional parallel enrollment in our primary care or ketamine therapy within the same practice for coordination of whole person care, or use as a stand- alone service.
Private, Individualized, Physician-Monitored Ketamine Treatment
Our Ketamine Clinic offers Ketamine therapy for conditions including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms, as well as chronic pain conditions. Ketamine is also an effective medication to help with the detox process for those struggling with substance dependence.
