Ketamine Clinic
Physician Administered Ketamine Treatment
Our Ketamine Clinic offers Ketamine therapy for conditions including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms, as well as chronic pain conditions. Ketamine is also an effective medication to help with the detox process for those struggling with substance dependence.
Concierge Ketamine Treatment
Unlike many Ketamine Clinics, we schedule one patient at a time, allowing us to dedicate our attention to you completely during your treatment sessions. Office-based treatment takes place in a private room in a quiet, relaxed setting, with physician monitoring. We also provide House Call Ketamine therapy in the comfort of your home.
Ketamine for Pain
Ketamine is a cutting-edge treatment for Chronic Pain, including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CPRS). We follow the gold standard guidelines approved by the American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM) and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA) for a wide variety of chronic pain conditions.
How Is Ketamine Administered?
We offer a variety of options to choose from with Ketamine treatment.
The most well-established method is an induction series of intravenous (IV) infusions or intramuscular (IM) injections, followed by periodic maintenance doses. The frequency of doses needed varies among individuals, but you may be able to go weeks between doses, once your optimal regimen is established. We also use versions of Ketamine that can be self-administered at home, for those who are appropriate for these options. These include oral lozenges and nasal sprays. Because these methods can be effective and are often more affordable, some clients can augment their IV or IM doses with these methods of administration over time. At your initial intake session, we will discuss the various options you will have.
Embark On Your Healing Journey
Here is a video on what to know before you begin Ketamine therapy at Concierge Medicine and Psychiatry's Ketamine Clinic. Drs. Meidad Goldman and Ann Lentini review what treatment looks like and answer common questions about ketamine. Make sure to view this video before your first appointment, so you can bring in any additional questions to have and discuss them with us. Remember you will need a driver because Ketamine is a sedating medication, but we will make sure you are comfortably oriented before you leave.
